Design Orders
All design service orders are final and non-refundable.

Customer Submitted Artwork/Files
Submitted artwork/files must be 300 dpi and in CMYK format. We are not responsible for issues arising from non-compliance with these requirements. You must own or have rights to the uploaded materials. We are not liable for damage or loss of your artwork/files.

Proofs and Colour Accuracy
Customers must approve proofs before printing. We are not liable for delays caused by non-approval of proofs. We strive to match colors closely but cannot guarantee exact matches due to printing limitations. Reprints are not honored for color variations.

Errors and Overruns/Underruns
We are not liable for errors in the final product due to misspellings, grammar issues, or other inaccuracies in the submitted files. We may deliver slightly more or less than the ordered quantity, adhering to trade practices.

Production Speed, Shipping, and Delivery
Production starts after proof approval and full payment. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping issues or other uncontrollable circumstances. Expedited charges are non-refundable in case of delays. Customers are responsible for customs duties and fees.
